Ambiente molto carino e tutto molto curato.

Dalle foto sul sito sembra che la struttura sia direttamente sul porticciolo purtroppo invece in mezzo c'è una strada ... Per chi non è abituato a sentire il passaggio delle macchine può essere un po' fastidioso.

La posizione ( vsita sul porticciolo) e la gradita colazione in camera

Il risveglio un pò rumoroso dato dalla posizione accanto ad un arteria molto trafficata della città, anche se nel complesso sopportabile.

La cura e l'attenzione ai particolari sia nell'arredamento delle stanze che della reception. La gentilezza e la "freschezza" sei giovani addetti alla reception. L'ottima vista della camera (la finestra da sul porticciolo turistico).

Il tratto di strada da cui si accede al palazzo: sporco. Il servizio di pulizia cittadina non provvedeva a rimuovere bottiglie di plastica e cartacce da diversi giorni.

camere molto accoglienti.ottima posizione, centrale ma allo stesso tempo con ampia vista sulla "cala" di palermo. personale qualificato e cortese.

The view was great from our room. Looked right out on beautiful sailboats. Staff spoke very good english and were very friendly. Breakfast was satisfactory Parking was easy on the streets. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Check out was at 10:30 but staff was willing to keep our bags until we were ready to go later in the day. This was a great place and I would reccomend it to anyone.

When we first arrived the neighborhood looked a little shakey, but in the morning discovered it was fine. The building looks old, but walking through the door of the B&B it was great. When I booked our room I requested 2 single beds but there was only one double when we arrived. The booking company did not forward this info is what I was told. They did seperate the bed so we did have 2 singles that night. But my traveling partner was not happy when she saw it was a double bed.

posizione rispetto alle cose da vedere ambienti e pulizia

anche se per sole 5 stanze, sarebbe preferibile la colazione a buffe'

Karen & Casper: We enjoyed the B&B very much, nice decoration, modern and clean and a beautiful view on the harbour from the rooms. Walking distance to all sites in Palermo.

situated in the historical centre of the town; modern confort in room and bathroom; nice vieuw on the port la kalla

bad insulation of the windows gives much trafficnoice in the rooms; there was a bad smel in the bathroom; breakfast was poor
