    Il posto è molto bello e l'arredamento curatissimo. Alfonso è disponibilssimo e ti mette sempre a tuo agio.

    The room was very clean and comfortable. The location in Venice is excellent. As a matter of fact, the owner met us in the park adjacent to the rooms and escorted us to the facility.

    Me parece un barrio hermoso lleno de arboles y alejado de tantos turistas...podria haber mas limpieza en las habitaciones y cambiar la basura, yo estuve durante 3 dias y no lo hicieron. Alfonso es un tipo simpatico, no tan participativo como en otros bb, pero te ayuda si necesitas algo...sobre todo creo que me gusto donde se encuentra que estas cerca de todo y en un tipico barrio de gente del lugar...tiene unos hermosos jardines...lo recomiendo por eso
    No me gusto que no cambiaran nunca la basura , que hubiera que pedir lo que necesitamos,cuando por ejemplo te dejan 1 rollo de papel higienico para 3 dias...deberian organizarse un poquito mejor y si van a darte un servicio de cafe en la habitacion no darte una lata de capuchino casi vacia....

    the neighborhood was delightful and safe.
    Better directions need to be provided. At first we were unable to get out hostess to answer the door and if was very confusing.

    la posizione invece di essere un deterrente è molto apprezzabile perchè lontano dalla confusione e non troppo lontano dal centro a piedi!anzi è un'occasione per fare una bella passeggiata!Anche mangiare nelle vicinanze dell'alloggio è stato carino e conveniente anche dal punto di vista economico.la camera da letto è molto carina e la piccola colazione molto gradevole!
    non ci sono aspetti negativi

    The premise is situated in a green quarer of the city yet still only 15-20 minutes walk from St. Mark's Square. Alfonso and Liliana running this place were very kind and helpful. A number of local restaurants with very good pizza (the best at Vecia Gina) and fish food around. I reccomend this place especially for longer stay.

    buona la posizione, decentrata , ma molto vicina ad un bellissimo parco e ai giardini della biennale. Il B&B Biennale è anche a due passi dalla fermata dei vaporetti e a dieci minuti a piedi da piazza S. Marco. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e gentili. Buona la colazione nel bar consigliato.
    Bagno e doccia puliti, ma un po' piccoli, quest'ultima è anche un po' buia. Le "convenzioni" con i locali ( a parte quella con il bar) si sono rivelate solamente dei buoni consigli.

    Very quite place and very friendly owner. We enjoy ouer stay. Thank you very much.
    Bed and Breakfast means in all countrys of the word a full breakfast in the morning.
    But not in Italy, in Italy it means for three days and for two people: three curds,
    three juce, bisketts and that all. You make your tee and coffee ourself.
    This is Italy, a lot of cost and less service.I hope in future time Italy becomes to
    europa.

    the location very nice and quiet, not far from the historical centre
    we didn't have any real breakfast : just 2 industrial croissants per personn for the 5 nights !!! and everything to do coffee and tea... this is not a Bed AND BREAKFAST for me ...

    A charming lady runs a charming place! The house is located in a very calm and green area... if you enjoy silence, Venecian originals and almost no tourism - that's the place to be! The kindness of the owner is almost overwhelming - she's that helping hand to all questions you might have regarding the city and habitants.

    friendly and helpful english speaking hosts, a very good location for a good price given the fact that it was also during the film festival , we came for the art biennale and it was just a few steps from the giardini entrance, nice and quite setting, a local neighbourhood. we would come back!

    Very nice, quiet, and very cosy. Lovely park just in front of the house and just a few steps from the entrance of the Biennale in the giardinis. Very comfortable double bed.

    Mi sono trovata bene, molto pulito. Nota positiva:l'ingresso alla Biennale dista 50 metri dal B&B!!
    La colazione non era inclusa nel prezzo, il bar convenzionato non ha fatto alcuno sconto e questo non era stato specificato.

    Excelente acogida: Tabto Liliana como Alfonso. GENIALES!!!!
    La situacion es EXCELENTE aunque la tranquilidad tambien incluye que no hay comercios, supers, etc. Importante: no se ven turistas estando a solo 30 m de San Marcos a pìe: en Venezia es un milagro. El ambiente d la Sana Elena es de un pequeño pueblo, maravilloso.
