    bed was comfortable, breakfast was ok.
    The description is UNFAITHFUL. There is NO inclusive car park as stated (the parking is the main reason why we chose this place). The parking has the highest fee in Pisa and will add 20(!!) euros per day to your stay! What's more, you'll have the joy of having to pay itin small change (because of the ticket vending machine) and nice experience of running downstairs screaming at 8 a.m. to buy parking tickets because you can't buy them in advance.

    Maybe there is parking around, but the housekeeper speaks very poor English, and in any case wasn't willing to tell us.

    Besides, there arent any "reception", "breakfast room" or other stuff the owner states on the website - It's essentially an apartment. Not that it bothered us a bit, but the different story that the website portrayed made us feel REALLY bad about our stay. Luckily it was short.

    L'estrema vicinanza al centro dittà e alla Torre.
    Il rumore notturno e il bagno unico per tre stanze (cioè anche 8-10 persone in tutto).

    Price was ok.
    The description is not according to what we expected. From the terrace/balcony you can actually see the tower between houses, but access to it is not necessary conveniant from the room. You have to go through the kitchen.
    Also, the room was "Filled" with beds! 3 single beds and 1 double bed. Felt like a trip to enter the room with all the colours. To get some space to move we stacked the single beds on top of each other. Our plan was to stay 2 nights but we left after one.

    The location of this B&B is perfect – just two minute walk to the Leaning Tower! The room, bathroom and towels were clean. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful hosts. Will definitely stay at this B&B if I go to Pisa again.
    Breakfast – a slice of fresh bread with butter and cheese would be much nicer for my stomach than a sweet roll but that’s just my personal preference (I need to mention that sweet rolls were fresh!). Also, if you have a car, finding a place to park can be a bit of a problem. We had to park on the nearby street (where you have to pay if you park there between 9am-6pm/8pm).

    Troppi "clienti" per le infrastrutture che prevede: un tavolo unico per la colazione e un bagno in comune per 10 inquilini o più (questi sono quelli che contano)

    In un B&B non ci possono vivere le persone che offrono il servizio a scopo di lucro e nel B&B a Casa Doina vivono quotidianamente i padroni di casa. La colazione non è affatto abbondante e ricca di dolci ma sono merendine acquistate al supermercato.
    Il prezzo è decisamente eccessivo per la qualità del servizio, che si tratta, a mio parere, di AFFITTO CAMERE e non di B&B.
