   posizione ottima, struttura veramente carina e confortevole!!

   difficoltà per parcheggiare dato che la struttura si trova all'interno del centro storico di olbia.

   personale gentile e disponibile. Ambiente pulito e silenzioso. Molto gradevole

   Difficile da raggiungere con la macchina, difficile trovare parcheggio

   El b&b esta situada en el centro de Olbia, a una calle del centro mas activo y turistico de la ciudad. La propietaria es muy agradable y atenta y en todo momento se preocupa por que todo este perfecto para los inquilinos. Las habitaciones son bastantes amplias, con aire acondicionado y una terrazita muy mona. El desayuno esta bastante bien.

   El b&b es un edificio de dos pisos sin ascensor, las habitaciones estan en el segundo y el comedor en el primer piso, así que para viajar con niños es un poco complicado.
   Debido a que esta ubicado en el centro de Olbia es bastante dificil aparcar.

   troppo breve per fare un commento

   il parcheggio è difficile da trovare , ne basterebbe anche uno più lontano,
   e undare vicino all'allogio solo per carico e scarico .

   Todo muy bien. Vittoria es muy amable y servicial. La habitación estaba limpia y era cómoda y confortable. En el centro de Olbia.

   El precio, aunque todos los bed and breakfast que hay por la zona suelen ser así de caros.

   It was a clean and quite OK room, and speciallly we liked the veranda.

   We missed a little refrigerator in the room to cool down drinking water in the summer heat and for some food.

   B&B bien situado, en el centro!! Díficil de acceder con coche porque el GPS se vuelve loco!!

   Es un poco extraño desayunar con el resto de clientes en un comedor un tanto antiguo!!!

   La casa esta muy bien, muy limpia. Las dueñas viven en el piso de abajo pero tienes total independencia. El desayuno muy bien tambien. Esta en el centro de Olbia, un poco mal para acercarse en coche por la estrechez de las calles y dificil para aparcar pero cuando ya callejeas un poco muy cerca hay sitios donde dejar el coche sin problemas.

   La ubicación es buena, en el centro historico y tienes un aparcamiento gratuito cerca, la limpieza la realizan cada dia y esta todo impoluto. Las habitaciónes aunque no son muy grandes, estan bien. El desayuno es abundante y tienes todo lo que te apetezca. Victoria es muy amable e intentara que pases una muy buena estancia.

   La ventaja de estar en pleno centro, tiene como único inconveniente a la hora de descansar.

   Die Lage der Wohnung mitten in der Altsstadt v. Olbia ist toll. Frau Signora Chiara ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.

   Location is very good, the room is nice, with a balcony and aircon. Chiara is very kind and gave us maps of the area, and recommended beaches, etc.

   This was an excellent stay for us. In the city center. The only sligthly tricky thing was the parking. Difficult to find a space on the very narrow streets, but on the other hand if you don't mind taking a short walk there is free parking at walking distance. The landlord was very good. Very observant. When she saw that we didn't really care about sweets for breakfast the next morning we got cheese, salami, fruit as well. We didn't leave the table hungry. I can certainly recommend this place.
