    Lo mejor del sitio, la amabilidad de Benito, un hombre discreto pero atento y que te crea un ambiente familiar. También destacar la ubicación, céntrico y pocos minutos de cualquier sitio importante a pie, junto al Borgo Stretto, Piazza della Vetovaglie, Piazza dei Cavalieri o del mismo Duomo. Si regresara a Pisa, volveríamos a este alojamiento.

    L'accoglienza è stata squisita, la camera graziosa e caratteristica, pulita, ordinata e spaziosa. Il bagno in camera. La colazione è stata offerta direttamente al B&B, non ad un bar convenzionato, abbondante e con ampia scelta. Vicino al centro e di facile raggiungibilità, in una zona molto frequentata anche la sera, quindi abbiamo potuto fare la passeggiata notturna. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è decisamente valido. Pienamente soddisfatti.

    We were very satisfied with the premises and the services rendered. A knowledge of Italian would help with communications but we got along ok with minimal Italian. The location is superb. The B & B is ion a narrow street right of the main road that leads to the Leaning Tower etc. Shops etc are in abundance. Best way to approach from the airport is to take the bus to the train station and then a taxi to the B & B. Without luggage we walked to the train station in under 10 minutes once we got our bearings. The bus station is also only 5-10 minutes away just off the train station plaza. Great start to a wonderful holiday.

    Posizione e attenzione e cortesia del proprietaria. Comodi e conveneinti anche i due ristorantini nella stessa via
    Le sacle senza ascensore, ma sono inevitabili in una struttura vecchia, che ha però un certo fascino. Il proprietario ha comunque aiutato con il bagaglio.

    La localización (estaba cerca del centro histórico).
    Las sábanas y el edredón no estaban limpios, no las cambiaron después del último huésped. Asqueroso, sinceramente. Pelos, manchas....fue un horror intentar dormir en una cama en la que sabías que habían dormido otros. Por desgracia era muy tarde para ir a protestar. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

    (Sheets were not clean, the owner hasn't changed them since the last use. It was really disgusting seeing hairs and staints on the bed we were supposed to sleep. Unfortunately it was to late in the night to complain). I don't recommend it at all.

    We had a fantastic night's stay at Due Borghi, the location and premises were wonderful, as was our room. We had air conditioning which allowed us to have a great night's sleep. The proprietor, Benito was very welcoming and very kind. He gave us a fantastic breakfast and he was very helpful and charming.

    Signore Benito is an excellent master of the house, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and enough big for 3 persons. Lovely old building, it is an experience in it. Very rich and versatile breakfast!

    Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft war perfekt und der Gastgeber sehr liebenswürdig. Er tat sein Bestes um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lies keinen Wunsch offen! Herr B. Fortino ist ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber! Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

    The guest house is very central and charmingly decorated although the room was smaller than it looked in the photograph.The location was very central and an easy walk from all the sights, but initially very hard to find.
    We didn't see anyone until the day we left and although it stated bed and breakfast on the website, there was no breakfast!! When we mentioned this on leaving we were given a 10 euro discount! Parking is a nightmare, and we had to leave the car in the main square about 10 minutes away and we ended up paying a tout to find us a space. I would not recommend this guest house if you have a car.

    Ho apprezzato la posizione centralissima del B&b e la disponibilità del proprietario.
    Il personale del bar convenzionato per la colazione è stato poco gentile, tanto che non ci ha serviti al tavolo quanto abbiamo ordinato, ma ci ha avvisati che era pronto lasciandolo sul bancone.

    I was satisfied with a very friendly approach of the owner Mr. Benito Fortino, who took me to the breakfast to the cafe nearby and overall, the place was very nice and I expected to sleep at very nice hose according to the photos.

    B and B parfaitement situé, calme,en plein coeur de Pise , en zone piètonne, notre hôte a eu la gentillesse d'apporter nos bagages avec sa voiture!!. Accueil smpathique
    il faut seulement savoir:
    -pas de" breakfast "sur place mais nous sommes en plein centre ville avec de nombreux bars à côté.
    -2 ou 3 étages à monter avec les valises...

    Location was interesting - very lively area. Well located for all the must-sees and bars.
    Room was clean, but a little run down. TV didn't work on the first night of our stay & the heater was a bit tempremental. Benito,the owner, wasn't around til the next day to sort this out.
    The B&B is bang in the middle of a young party area - streets overflowing at night - and lots of drinking going on. A bit overwhelming for the unprepared.

    I like Italian "feel" of the house. Operator was very warm and welcoming. He speaks Italian (not English).
    Difficult to find house. Map would be useful.
    Owner didn't respond to house call probably due to post lunch siesta.

    this is the excellent place if you want to stay in Pisa...in the centre, near to the Leaning Tower, rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. everything was perfect.. Tanti salutti a signor Borgi da 7 ragazze dalla Croatia :-) :-)

    It really is a nice place to stay. Redecoreated with taste and atmosphere. In the center of town, close to things to see and to transport.

    The location and the appartment itself was okay.
    When we arrived at the B&B the owner Benito was not there. We waited a long time and also tried to call him to open the door. One of the other people living in the building let us in after an hour. We then called Benito on his mobile a couple of times and after a while we finally got to speak to him and found out he only spoke Italian. It was difficult to explain to him that we had arrived and that we were waiting in front of the B&B for a long time.

    We made an appointment with Benito for Breakfast. He would then show us in which bar we could have the breakfast. He didn't show up in the morning and again we had to call him a couple of times. When he came to pick us from the B&B after an hour he was very unfriendly. For us it wasn't a good stay at Due Borghi...

    The location is quite close by foot to the tower: about 10 minutes. The room and bathroom were clean and functional.
    Several floors up. Owners do not speak English, though they did pick us up at the train station.
    Very hard to communicate.
    Breakfast is at a nearby cafe but it's hard what you can get... one day we got very little, the next quite a lot more.

    The room is charming, very clean and tastefully decorated. The owners even picked us up at the train station.

    Il proprietario del bred & Breakfast è una persona veramente ottima, cerca di renderti il soggiorno nel miglior modo possibile per restare bene.
    Del bred & Breakfast non posso dire niente,è stato ottimo.Per quanto riguarda la caffetteria Dantesca di piazza Dante devo dire che è il peggior posto che io sia mai stato,neanche a Venezia se ne aprofittano in questo modo.Mi sono sentito veramente truffato.Ci sono persone che fanno di tutto(vedi proprietarioB&B)per attirare i turisti,mentre c'è ne sono altre che rovinano il soggiorno,quello è proprio un locale che rovina il turismo in Italia.Comunque il B&B è stato ottimo.

    Breakfast consisted of a coffee or cappuccino and a pastry which were good, but hardly "breakfast".
    The rooms were up 4 flights of concrete narrow stairs (very difficult with luggage), the rooms were crowded and cluttered and looked like someone lived there (food in the refrigerator, clothes in the closet), a shared entrance into the rooms, and a very surly and unfriendly "staff member". I wouldn't stay there again and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

    Det var ett bra och prisvärt boende. Trevligt att bli mött och skjutsad till flygplatsen. Charmigt rum och bra läge i Pisa.
    Frukosten var kanske inte den bästa, men den var väl italiensk!

    Il bed & breakfast è molto carino, centralissimo e i proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. La colazione, come previsto, è stata fatta in un bar a pochi passi dal bed & breakfast, in cui ci siamo trovati bene. Dovendo tornare a Pisa soggiornerei certamente di nuovo ai "due borghi".Consigliato senz'altro!!

    The B&B is perfectly located in the nice old center of town, walking distance from everything, but not too near to the tower to make it feel very turistic. Lots of little restaurants and wine bars close by to enjoy a nice Italian evening. The room and beds were very comfortable and the service excellent (incl pick-up and drop-off at the airport by the charming owner). Very recommendable!

    The B&B is owned by an elderly couple. The woman speaks english, the man only speaks Italian. But they were very nice! They even offered to take us back to the airport in the middle of the night!

    It was wonderful to be collected from the airport and driven to the b&b. Wonderful to be so centrally sited. The people were delightful - friendly and helpful.
    Nothing. But there were alot of stairs, and this would not be suitable for the handicapped.

    Ci siamo divertiti. Sgr. Benito e sua moglie sono molto gentile. La camera era comoda e tranquilla. Ci sono i negozi, i bar, e i ristorante buoni vicino da qui, anche la torre 8 miniti in piedi.     La non corrispondenza tra la descrizione della struttura e realtà. Il B&B "Due Borghi" è molto accogliente ed in una posizione estremamente comoda, non occorreva aggiungere dettagli non veritieri (come i giardini su cui si affaccerebbero le finestre)!

    la professionalità del personale, la squisita accoglienza riservata agli ospiti; la cura dei particolari e l'attenzione verso una ristrutturazione il più possibile autentica dell'antico palazzo
    Non ho rilevato aspetti "sgradevoli". Vorrei dare solo un piccolo suggerimento per migliorare momentaneamente il servizio in attesa di completare i lavori di ristrutturazione: predisporre un tappeto sulle scale d'accesso ai piani del BB .

    Benito e la sua Signora sono molto gentili e disponibili nella accoglienza e rendere gradevole il soggiorno. Sono venuti a prenderci a parcheggiare la nostra auto in luogo sicuro senza costi e trasferirci fino al B&B; idem per la partenza: li ringraziamo di cuore.     Mr Benito, the owner, is an extremely fri!endly and helpful man . Because of roadworks in Pisa , it was difficult to reach the appartment , but he came to fetch by car and showed us where to park in the immediate vicinity. He even helped us carry our luggage up the two flights of stairs .
    Breakfast arrangement is not well organised and should be improved. The continental breakfast at a nearby pastry and café was below standard , particularly when you wanted to eat bread and not the sweet pastries they carried . (there was no bread).

    The visit was satisfying on the whole and we would be happy to stay there again. The room was clean and tidy, the building itself was evocative of an older Pisa and positioned in a busy part of town which was fun to sit in and experience. Although our host couldn't speak English, we communicated well enough and were highly entertained by his driving!
    The breakfast arrangements were a little confusing, it wasn't clear where it was because there are several bars down the street and without been taken to the right one, we wouldn't have found it. And when you get there, you seem to be basically just another customer of the bar not the hotel. Not a massive problem though.
