    Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schöne Aussicht von der Laube im Freien. Über Fußweg (allerdings recht steil) schnell im Ort und am See.
    Aussicht vom Zimmer geht auf Innenhof und Nachbargebäude.

    situazione tranquilla ; BandB ben indicato; la gentilezza della signora; una bottiglia di vino ( buonissimo) offerta alla nostra partenza; camera pulita; frigo; peccato che la veduta sul lago di Orta sia possibile unicamente se facciamo la prima colazione fuori...
    manca una lampadina nella camera;
    efflusso di acqua debole per la doccia

    Luciano e moglie sono fantastici, gentili, accoglienti, simpatici. Camera molto carina, pulita e spaziosa. Molto buona la colazione. Assolutamente consigliato!

    Herzlicher Empfang und nette Kommunikation.Hilfsbereite Vermieter.Tolle Lage und super Frühstück.Immer wieder zu empfehlen.

    Soggiorno molto gradevole grazie alla cordialità e simpatia dei proprietari. La posizione è ottima; la vista sul lago mentre si fa colazione é molto suggestiva.

    Great breakfast, good location for walking to town for dinner and for driving to Orta (stunning place). Hostess is kind and helpful (easier in italian). View from terrace of the lake and the island. Excellent for the price.
    Manage expectations and realise that the view is not from the rooms.

    Sono molto soddisfatta dall'accoglienza calorosa e disponibile della Sig.ra che gestisce la struttura, dalle informazioni fornite per la visita al territorio, dalla colazione abbondante.
    Non ho gradito il muro davanti la mia camera, purtroppo quello che si vedeva dalla finestra era un muro enorme.

    The B&B was clean, the people were very kindly and obliging. The magnificius view from under the trees to the lake and the city. A very nice, but very small corner.
    Leaving the house you look on a wall until you arrive to te small corner under the trees.
