   The BB Isabela is located at nice area quite close to the downtown. Clean equipped kitchen, nice bathroom. Matteo and Mrs. Isabella speak good english, both very helpful.

   Room is located in the basement,what is not said in the decription. There is rather viev than access to the garden.

   perfect for ones who likes silence and autonomity. There is a small nice inner garden. Excellent location. Both Matteo and signora Isabella are helpful and friendly.

   Isabella run by mother and son is nice. They are both very accomodating. The son speaks good english! Can recommend, but don't use a car!

   By mistake I did not read a mail I received that there is a non-drive zone. So we drove right to the accommodation. A parking space was arranged. We were told to be lucky that we did not get fined.

   the location is perfect, its so close to centre of Bologna, close to shops, close to main tourist attractions etc...Owners have lovely big house, and they are very helpfull, Matteo was happy to help and advise whenever you needed it. Suggested godo places to eat, do shopping etc...Room was clean and very quiet, so it makes sleep so easy, additionaly location is in quiet area and you dont hear any traffic noise etc, yet you are v close to town. bathroom clean and nice.

   the only point to improve is breakfast i think, cause owners have to be up and get breakfast ready, so its kinda difficult for both, guest and owners...maybe some fridge or sth in main room could help the guests to help themselves, toaster coffee machine? on the menu there is hot coffee, milk, cereal, jogurts, some sweet croissants, bread and jam, butter...i think i would like to seemore of italian style tho, like prosciutto and some cheese, bread every day , maybe mozarella etc? to make it real Italian stay! if that woudl happen - B&B would be ideal!

   good service and good location and very quiet place.

   the pension needs new beds and a little bit of reform and new furniture inside the room would make this a perfect bed&breakfast.
