Avr. Valutation: 9/10We slept well (good beds) and really appreciated the extra room that was offered to us for free! The car can be parked in a private garage under the B&B. Nice rooms with Wifi, balcony with a beautiful view.

La vista dal balcone e la wi-fi gratuita.
Non ho gradito il fatto di non essere informato dei costri extra della cena fissa a 15 euro.
Solo al momento di pagare, il giorno dopo, la signora ci ha informato dei costi extra della bottiglia di vino, dei caffè e delle grappe, ritengo corretto chiedere, inidicare il costo al momento di consumare e se non si è d'accordo rifiutare al momento della cena e non trovarsi la sorpresa dopo.

Don't invite any food exept breakfeast - come with the deal. It was the most exspencive meal in Italy, and the one of the worse.

Avr. Valutation: 10/10Warm greeting and comfortable rooms. We expected 4 in a room and since it was a little cramped and an adjacent room was available they offered us both rooms at the same price. Nice to have a room alone without the kids. Very generous and thoughtful of the hosts. Easy to find, sign was on roadside at entrance to town. Very quite, clean, phenomenal view from kids room. Convenient parking in garage under building. Overall very pleasant. We tried some home made hot chocolate that was out of this world. Full pine interiors in the rooms we stayed in. Not huge but plenty of closet space. Owners are very warm couple with great grandmother.
I did not really have time to spend and relax in the wonderful atmosphere. One brief night and I had to move on to stay on schedule. Arrived late and left right after breakfast, next time I will stay longer.

Avr. Valutation: 8/10The couple that runs the place is very hospitable. The rooms are tidy and comfortable and the view from the windows is great. Laion is a very nice village.
There is no option of preparing hot drinks in the room and we had to trouble the owners for everything that was related to kitchen facilities.

Avr. Valutation: 10/10Gilda is a fabulous hostess! She made us feel at home.The room was comfortable.The view was incredible. We parked our car in a covered,secure garage. I would definately recommend L'Arca di Noe.
Noise from the street can be loud if you sleep late.

Poca intimidad. Si querías volver más tarde de las 23 h tenías que avisarlo con antelación. Nos cobraron el último día la grappa que nos tomamos la primera noche que llegamos. Nos lo ofrecieron como un detalle de cortesía ( en España es habitual después de cenar, tomarte un chupito por deferencia de la casa). Cuando vimos la cuenta el último día, nos cobraron 2 euros por chupito!! No es el dinero, es el detalle. Esos detalles hacen q vuelvas o no a un sitio. Poca variedad en el desayuno.

Valutation: 10/10E' stato un soggiorno molto soddisfacente, in particolar modo la simpatia dei titolari (Gilda e Giulio) ti fanno senire come se vivessi in casa tua, aria di familiarità anche con gli ospiti, che dire delle colazioni a buffet molto abbondanti. Le camere sono molto curate e pulite. Dal balcone ti ritrovi d'innanzi uno scenario stupefacente (i monti circostanti). Tutto ottimo.
Nessun aspetto Negativo. Tutto OK.

Avr. Valutation: 7/10La casa è molto bella e curata e la vista dal balcone meravigliosa. Laion è un piccolo centro molto tranquillo ma allo stesso tempo dotato di ogni servizio ( banca, supermercato, farmacia, pizzerie, ristoranti).
La camera Gardena è piccola per tre persone; una volta inserita la brandina per il bambino non resta spazio per passare.
Nel bagno non c'è il bidet, ma questa è una carenza tipica di tutta questa zona geografica.
Il cambio di biancheria da bagno non è quotidiano e addirittura ci è stato fatto notare che avevamo messo allo sporco( indebitamente) degli asciugamani.
Se avessimo prenotato un soggiorno più lungo avremmo dovuto comprarci degli asciugamani, evidentemente.
La colazione NON è tipica tirolese : diversi tipi di pane, formaggi, speck e prosciutti sono del tutto assenti. Viene servita nel tinello privato dei proprietari una colazione standard a base di normali fette biscottate, biscotti confezionati e marmellate ( queste fatte in casa).
Tre colazioni identiche con gli stessi prodotti ripresentati : perfino lo stesso yogurt di una sola qualità, calante di giorno in giorno.
La abituale sovrabbondanza dei bed&breakfast del Sudtirolo qui non si ravvede.
Ottima occasione per affrontare una dieta ipolipidica, seppure in vacanza ne avremmo fatto a meno.

The view from the balkonee without any chair to sit in. The homemade marmelade and cake was ok.
We are in an appartement from one of their family! No place to put our personel things! (there are several things from some one else , in the bathroom, in the kitcken, in our bedroom, ect...
We ware asked to have diner but we ware not aloud to tell this to eneywone! we had diner in their livingroom together with 18 other clients( all italians ).We payed 4 euro for 1 glas of wine and we had to pay for our coffee! A touristmenu in a restaurant is sheaper then we payed now (18 e)
Breakfast: two days the same old bread.
We ware obliged to park our car in their garage but the space in the garage was to small.
A hydromassage shower, fitness corner: we didn' t find at all.

I liked the owners, who were very friendly and helpful in every aspect, including the fact that they offered dinner at a reasonable price. And I liked Noe, the friendly Labrador dog, who enchanted my son.
Foreigners, like me, should be aware that local roads in the Italian mountains might not be what they bargained for. While all of them are paved, some are extremely narrow snd steep. Laion is on a local road.

Avr. Valutation: 10/10We absolutely loved it at L'arca Di Noe! Gilda and Giulio, and Noe, of course, welcomed us into their lovely, clean, and homey bed & breakfast. The accommodation was very good, the food that segnora Gilda prepared for us was delicious, and the view from our room was breathtaking. We could not have asked for more! We only stayed two nights, but we are already thinking about going back. Grazie!

The accomodations were perfect and the dinner that Gilda prepared for us was EXCELLENT! We also loved the town of Laion and it is very convenient to hiking in the Alpi de Suisse.

the location is a bit far from bolzano but it worth it!!
