   In un angolo di charme e pace in mezzo alla natura scoprite la bellezza del posto e della struttura, curata in ogni dettaglio! Antonella e Ugo ci hanno accolto e coccolato e la prima colazione con vista sulle vallate è imperdibile. Camere affrescate e con biancheria di grande raffinatezza.

   La cordialità e disponibilità della proprietaria, che ci ha anche consigliato un agriturismo nelle vicinanze dove mangiare la sera, altrettanto ottimo e cordiale.

   Il B&B si raggiunge passando per una stradina strettissima lunga 2 km., un po' pericolosa soprattutto perchè i locali la percorrono...allegramente.

   Capita spesso cercando una sistemazione in internet di non sapere cosa attendersi. Questo è stato proprio il nostro caso. Arrampicandoci sulle colline della Lunigiana per viuzze strette e paesini di poche case siamo arrivati a Maglietola. Conterà non più di dieci edifici e la Collina del Sole è uno di questi. La vista è bellissima, si domina tutta la vallata e si possono vedere tutti i paesini attraversati per arrivare coi loro campanili, il bosco che li avvolge e le terrazze coltivate. Il B&B è molto bello , un rustico ristrutturato con gusto, con graziosissimi spazi all'aperto per godersi il panorama. L'accoglienza e l'amicizia con la quale siamo stati accolti ci hanno conquistato. Sicuramente è entrato a far parte dei nostri posti preferiti.

   Lovely lovely setting. Peaceful community way up in the hills. Great place to read in the sun.

   Room a bit small for 2 adults with 2 huge suitcases. Otherwise, very nicely set up, with good beds, great shower.

   posizione unica, paesaggio incontaminato, posto ideale per rigenerare mente e corpo

Bed & Breakfast La Collina Del Sole, a 1753 villa and so rechristened for its sunny position on a hill surrounded from fruit trees, grapevines, olives and woods, is situated in the center of the crossroad of art, history, naturalistic beauties and gastronomy.

A legend narrates that an angel appeared to a young countess that then built a consecrate building. The villa was built subsequently.

Today the whole complex results completely restructured and a part of it (7 bedrooms) are devoted to the 7 virtues: Faith, Charity', Hope, Temperance, Fortitude, Justice, Prudence.

We don't know how much truth there is in the legend of the Countess Remedi, nevertheless the guests of the B&B La Collina Del Sole affirm to feel regenerated at the awakening: serene and without tension.

Perhaps it will be the silence interrupted by the crickets or the chirruping of the birds, even the clear and uncontaminated air of the place or the splendid sight on the whole Lunigiana.

We prefer to think that it depends, more simply, by the caress of a thoughtful Angel that accompanies us the evening in the world of Orfeo.
