    La cortesia della signora Patrizia, anche nel consigliare sui posti da vedere e sui locali in cui mangiare.
    Il frigorifero è un poco rumoroso e la camera non ha molta luce, ma per starci solo la notte va bene uguale.

    Andreas, Patrizia and Bernadette did everything possible to make us feel welcome and to make our stay comfortable. It was great having our own kitchen facitiies as it made a nice change from always having to eat out and made our overall stay cheaper. The rooms and facilities were cosy and comfortable.

    L'appartamento dove abbiamo soggiornato per quattro notti era veramente confortevole ed elegante inoltre molto fresco e con il caldo di questo periodo non e' un dato da trascurare e sopratutto i padroni di casa sono delle persone veramente deliziose.
    L'unico neo se si puo' definirlo tale e' la poca luminosita' nell'appartamento ma questo dipende dalla sua strutturazione ; tutto non si puo' avere e inoltre solo la tendina nella doccia in un bagno cosi' curato nei minimi particolari non sono riuscito a comprenderla ( ma anche qua' penso sara' stata una scelta dettata dall'estetica ).

    Our three day visit was perfect - and what made our brief stay so enjoyable was the hospitality of Andrea and Patrizia. They were the perfect hosts. Location couldn't be better, Perugia was a microcosm of history and culture. The hosts cat, Banoosh was lovely. In fact, if Andrea and Patrizia ran a bedsit in a cardboard box - we'd still stay there - just lovely hosts and great company.
    Nothing.....if there was a criticism at all it would be: we should have stayed longer!

    Spacious apartment and fantastic hosts! Kitchen facilities were quite good and lots of little extras were provided (oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, free bottle of wine, lollies, shower gel and sponges in the bathroom). The B & B is also a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre and there are plenty of eating places walking distance from the apartment.
    The B&B is slightly underground and hence is quite dark (very minor downside)
    Also, it's hard to find large supermarkets close by (for fresh meat etc. if you're planning to cook) as they are all located in the suburbs and the apartment is in the city centre. However, the hosts would be more than happy to buy items for you if you ask.

    heel dicht bij het werkelijke centrum van Perugia, ligt op de rand van de stad Perugia. Mooi grasplein om het hoekje om te zonnen of glaasje te drinken. Partizia en Andrea, de uitbaters zijn geweldige mensen, altijd klaar om voor je te zorgen. Goed appartement voor mensen die de stad willen verkennen.
    Voor de liefhebbers: Geen terras of zwembad.

    The hosts, Patrizia and Andrea, were very accommodating, and were very knowledgeable about Perugia and the surrounding areas. They interacted with us, and offered excellent advice on what to see and do, and where to eat. The location is very central--walking distance from the historical centre, as well as a great starting point for exploring Umbria. The room and b and b were very clean and comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again!

    lovely property in a quiet location, the owners very friendly and hospitable. Perugia is a beautiful town and well worth visiting.
    I would not recomend this property to anyone who has difficlulty in walking as it is a good 15 minutes walk(most of it up a steep hill) into the town centre. Comfy shoes a must and heels are not recomended

    Wonderful room with loads of space and nice furniture. Owners made us feel special as guests and we were even shouted a glass of wine at a local wine store. Best place we stayed in Italy

    Patrizia and Andrea are great. They are so freindly and helpful. As soon as I met them, I felt like friends with them for a long time. They house is lovely and spacious. This is definitely a place worth coming back.

    A wonderful experience. The description on the website was promising, but the comfort, kindness and hospitality at La Guardiola del Tempio far exceeded my expectations. Patrizia and Andrea were exceptional hosts, going out of their way to make my stay all the more enjoyable. I am already looking forward to a return trip.
    I have no complaints whatsoever.

    Beautiful accommodation. Lots of antiques and lovely finishing touches. Very, very clean. Extremely generous hosts. I would love to stay here again.
    Shower a little small. Larger guests might find it a problem!
    Very pretty location but quite a stroll form the main square. (10-15 mins uphill)
    Perugia is very beautiful but be prepared for hills and steep climbs!

    The owners were most hospitable and provided tasty supplies for breakfast. Very kind and generous. The room is nicely decorated, attractive, and generally comfortable.
    Because of the situation of the room, it is a little dark and lacks good outside views. The location is near to the center of town but still a bit of a hike--not exactly conducive to strolling to town at night for gelato.

    Patrizia e Andrea sono molto gentili e simpatici, sono sempre stati a nostra disposizione per ogni richiesta, ci hanno fato sentire proprio a casa. C'è stato veramente un soggiorno molto bello e indimenticabile. Il monolocale è grande, confortevole e arredato con molto gusto.
    Nulla, insomma. Forse a chi non piace caminare, il B&B è un pò lontano dal centro città, però è vicino all'Università per Stranieri.

    Posto incantevole, della "Guardiola" il bagno è un pò fuori tono col resto della struttura (ma direi: chi se ne frega!), il resto della "Guardiola" è incantevole, così come appare in foto. La colazione è abbondandissima.....

    Sono molto soddisfatto per la calorosa accoglienza e per la disponibilità in generale dei proprietari Bella la struttura ricavata da una antica cantina seminterrata, con il soffitto a volta completamente in mattoni a vista. Molto importante, la struttura è appena fuiri dalla ZTL, per cui è possibile parcheggiare l'auto in prossimità dell'abitazione ed il centro storico dista soltanto 5' di piacevole passeggiata per le antiche stardine cittadine.

    Good location. Room is big. Nice decorations.
    Satisfied in general but it was very cold inside when it was cold outside. I had to pay 15 Euro/day extra for heating (in excess of five hours heating) and it still was not very warm when it was cold outside. It is dark in the apartment.
