    Great location just next to Duomo. We stayed in the quadruple room at the ground floor which had a unique romantic ambience. Patrick is a helpful and relaxed host.. Many thanks for your extraordinary help with the car!

    mi ha soddisfatto la collocazione in pieno centro a pochi metri da piazza Duomo, la cortesia e la discrezione del proprietario, davvero discreto e nello stesso tempo presente per soddisfare ogni richiesta. Eccezionale il fatto che non ci sia la TV!!!!

    la mansarda è un piccolo gioiello sui tetti di Firenze.
    Il bagno della mansarda è davvero minuscoloooooooooo.

    Excelent location, beautiful terrace, very tasteful interior. Quite apartment for intelligent people. Patrick was realy helpful and delicate. We spend a wonderful hollidays and hoping to come back.

    la posizione, la cortesia, il palazzo d'epoca e la grande dimensione degli ambienti; abbiamo trovato frutta, biscotti ed acqua al nostro arrivo

    Lo stile non ostentoso, la rafinatezza non convenzionale, la cultura del ospite, l'accoglienza calda e discreta. Sorprendente: massima disponibilità e autonomia nella gestione dello spazio. Forse troppo "colto" e alternativo per molti viaggiatori; potrebbero non apprezzare e rovinare la pace di un posto così delizioso.

    Le Tre Stanze was perfect for our trip to Florence. We loved having our own apartment within walking distance to all of the major sites and entertainment in Florence. Our room also had access to a quaint garden and was furnished in a bohemian chic style that definitely added to the character of the place. Patrick was also very helpful durin our trip planning and stay.

    niente!!!!!!
    ATTENZIONE!!!! il proprietario ci ha annullato la prenotozione pochi giorni prima della partenza lasciandoci senza sistemazione a pochi giorni dal ponte del 1 maggio, con l'evidente disagio di dover trovare una sistemazione in pochissimo tempo e a prezzi quadruplicati. Noi avevamo prenotato per tre notti 2 mesi prima della partenza lascianìdo una caparra e lui ci ha annullato la prenotazione perchè ha ricevuto una richiesta per tutta la settimana. Se questa è professionalità.....

    My wife and I loved everything about this place. It definitely has a lot of charm and Patrick was a wonderful host. It's also in a really great location as well. Our favorite restaurant while we were in Florence was Lo Scudo. It's right next door to Le Tre Stanze. Check it out.

    L'atomosphera del appartemento e che aveva un piccolo cucina per fare te o un suppa. La tranqiulita e silenzio nel mezzo della grande citta. Dopo la confuzione un ottimo posto per ritrovare se stesso.
