    comfortable for our short stay. Friendly and an insight to local culture. Staff do their best to look after clients. Our visit to Luana restaurant was a happy experience and good value.
    A major issue is communication and inability of staff to communicate other than in their own language.

    A quiet room where we were able to get a good night's rest
    The breakfast is a typical Italian breakfast which is not very satisfactory for Americans. It consists mostly of prepackaged carbohydrate offerings. Some hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, or cereal with milk would have been more to our liking.

    l'atmosfera: non si ha la sensazione di essere capitati in un un posto dove dormire ma di essere un ospite gradito a cui riservare cura ed attenzione.
    Consiglio di lasciare delle piccole confezioni di burro nel frigo.

    Gentilezza, codialità, disponibilità, affabilità, familiarità della struttura e soprattutto di Luana che gestisce in maniera oculata la struttura; non ti aspetti che un BB&Breakfast ti fornisca le ciabattine, il kit per l'igiene orale. Grazie Luana per la tua simpatia. Mariaida & Roberto

    a good retreat 'a home away from home'very suitable for family's of 8 adults and 4 children,1 week holiday break is ideal,,convenient location 8 minutes yo Airport and 30 minutes to the CITY.
    The operator is too busy running his own restaurant he or his people has no time to see us off,he or his rep SHOULD come and check that all are in place before the guests left.

    Personale fantastico: simpatici, amichevolie disponibilissimi. Posizione buona: non troppo distante dal centro di Roma (15 km. circa) in posizione tranquilla. Camere: curatissime in tutti i particolari e di grandi dimensioni
    La colazione poteva essere un pò più curata.

    Late arrival, and first impression about that was not good, but upon arrival very friendly.
    Owner has a returant aswell where I beleive we were overcharged. Breakfast served in the room where there were no chairs to sit and eat..

    The location is excellent, very close to the airport. The room was clean and nice.
    The breakfast was minimal, as in most places in Italy.The owners were not there in the morning and we could not even make hot drinks.

    Ho soggiornato in questo bed and breakfast per quattro giorni, posizione molto comoda per arrivare nelle località di mare e non molto distante da Roma, veramente carino e tranquillo come posto ma assolutamente accogliente dal personale, pienamente soddisfatto, complimenti!

    The location for us was great, as we were flying out the next day. The Owners/staff were great.
    Breakfast was disappointing. The picture on the web page of the food is misleading.

    Good place to stay near the airport - very friendly owners and nice clean place to stay if you prefer to avoid the airport hotels and don't want to travel in to central Rome.
    The bed was a bit hard - apart from that, fine.

    A fine, very quiet nice place with a lovely garden and wonderful owners/staff. A very personal service.
    The only thing we found could be better was breakfast.
