    Lovely place run by a lovely lady who made wonderful breakfasts. The swimming pool area was great and meant that we could enjoy some relaxation time aswell as going out and about around the beautiful area. The location was great for us but isn't walking distance from the village which may be a problem for some.

    This B&B gives hotel service! Everything is tip top in order! I recommend this B&B for 100%
    If it gets really hot then a mobile airco in the room would be nice. This only item means an excellent ++ score!

    We stayed here in early March and had a great time. It is run by a lovely couple who struggled with their English (as much as we struggle with our Italian) but made every effort to make us comfortable.

    We could book for the priod we choosed and not for a pre-defined period like in other locations. We were very pleased that our hosts were very friendly and that we felt like we were with family. Our hosts helped us with informations regarding the surroundings. The food that Ms. Lia offered was gorgeous. It was quiet and we could sleep well. It was very close to many points of interest such as: Firenze, Siena, Lucca, San Giminiano, Pisa and even to the sea shore (Punta Ala/Grosetto).
    The indications for finding the place and the road to the house (it was a country road so that we had to be very careful after leaving the state road, but it can be done).

    Signora Lia and her husband are charming and lovely hosts. we enjoyed our stay at the Podere Sorbo very much despite some rainy and cool days. The breakfasts were really excellent. We can recommend this B&B.
    nothing to complain about.

    E' una struttura molto curata nei piccoli dettegli, che da modo ai turisti di riscoprire oggetti e usanze di tempi passati, sembra quasi di visitare un privato museo della ormai perduta civiltà contadina, immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità, ma situato in una località fulcro da cui si raggiungono facilmente molte località turistiche e rinomate...inoltre la discrezione e disponibilità dei proprietari Lia e Franco, vi faranno sentire come ospiti a casa di amici...Provatelo, non ve ne pentirete
    ... Dover tornare a casa ...

    Podere Sorbo is a delightful countryside experience surrounded by vineyards. We highly recommend this B&B and loved the home made breakfast marmalade.
    Unfortunately, the sign is very small and very very difficult to see. If you are coming from Fiano, then it is on the left just a little before the camp site outside Marcialla but after the castle. The road is very small and steeply drops down away from the road and into the countryside. The sign is made of wood.

    Es war für uns ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir werden nächstes Jahr sicherlich wieder einige Tage bei IL SORBO verbringen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich uns sauber. Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Sehr nette Gastgeber und ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit selbstgemachter Marmelade ( ca.10 Sorten ) und Schinken, Käse, Obst, Joghurt.... - alles, was das Herz begehrt !! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ritorneremo l'anno prossimo !! Grazie mille Anjana & Ingo aus Hannover / Deutschland

    L'accoglienza è piacevole, ho trovato la famiglia ospitante molto gradevole ed ospitale. Il posto è bellissimo, il servizio ottimo. La colazione eccellente! Consiglio un soggiorno al podere Sorbo a tutti coloro che hanno volgia di relax e pace in un'atmosfera vivace.

    Ambiente rilassante, camere molto pulite e confortevoli, proprietari gentili e ospitali. Il punto di forza è la prima colazione con le marmellate della Signora Lia, il ciambellone e il pane fatto in casa. Ci tornerò senz'altro. Mi sento di consigliarlo per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
