    I was satisfied with the position of the B&B. It was located in the center of the city. Everything is close from there. The staff was OK, and they were helpful.
    I wasn't satisfied with the dirt in the room. Floors were dirty, and tables were very unclean. I had to use some wet wipes to clean the tables. There was a very strange stench in the corridor and in the room. Our room was looking on a quite busy street, so it was very noisy but we expected that.

    A great little place, a few steps from the museum, and very well priced. Very large, air conditioned bedrooms made our stay in the hot summer much more comfortable, and the rest of the city is only a short stroll away.
    The wireless was difficult to connect to, but the owner kindly let us use his PC to sort out our next leg of our journey so we didn't loose out at all. That's it really!

    Great location. Excellent and friendly staff.
    Wifi didn't work. But there was a computer that we were able to use. Not impeccably clean, as in just the floor was a little dirty, but no major complaints. There was no hot water, but as it is sweltering in Naples we didn't mind. We didn't mention this to the staff but im sure they would have done something about it because the were incredibly helpful. For a centrally located and budget friendly price, it is definitely worth a stay.

    The hosts were very friendly and we enjoyed visiting with them. Each evening they made tea for us. The B&B is in a good location for the Metro and train station.
    The Wifi did not work.
    We were expecting to pay with Visa but had to pay with cash. One suggestion to make our stay better would be to provide a hot pot in the rooms for us to make our own hot drink in the evening.

    You're getting more than what you pay for! The breakfast was great, served when you ask for it in the room, croissants and fruit and coffee! The owners are SO NICE! You are actually staying in their house, so there is no sign out front, therefore -> check the address before you go and ring the buzzer, but it makes for a great experience! They do not speak english fluently, so as long as you can use the italian you have, or make it, you are good!
    The room was a little dirty, and the bathroom had a bit of mold. This was really fine with us, however, especially for the price! Totally habitable!

    Ho gradito la posizione e il contesto in cui si trova il b&b, in un palazzo molto signorile e tranquillo. Il personale è davvero molto educato e gentile, le stanze sono semplici ma pulite.
    Non ho gradito che non ci fosse nella stanza in cui ho soggiornato un letto matrimoniale ma due lettini uniti da uno spago..cosa un pò scomoda soprattutto se la stanza viene prenotata per due persone.

    We were 2 families with small children who stayed at Soggiorno Museo Naples in February 2010. We were very satisfied with the stay; it was perfect for our needs. One of the rooms was quite small but sufficient and the other was quite large with a table and full bathroom. The B & B itself didn't have a breakfast room but there was a cozy couch room/reception area where we adults could sit and talk after the kids were tucked away. The location was very good for all wandering in Naples and we managed to walk just about everywhere from the site. English communication was limited but sufficient.
    Given that breakfast was served in the room, a table in the room or at least a place to put the tray would have been appreciated. Luckily we were with friends who had a larger room so were able to sneak in there to eat our breakfasts.

    la situation est excellente, l'accueil sympathique; le confort est bon même s'il faisait un peu froid. seule restriction: le petit déjeuner dans la chambre est un peu triste

    english comment at the end. Die Lage ist gut. Zimmer 6 ist sehr gut schallgeschützt. Schnelles WLAN, was nicht in den Zimmern funktioniert. Computer zur freien Nutzung. Good situated. Free internet access. You may use their computer. Room no.6 is very quiet, about no noises from the street.
    english coment at the end. Wir wurden nach 2 von 6 Nächten ohne uns zu fragen von Zimmer 6 nach Zimmer 1 umquartiert. Zimmer 6 hat zwar eine Klimaanlage, die aber niemand bedienen kann, so war es dort um Silvester sehr kalt. Man hatte uns eine kleine Elektroheizung ins Zimmer gestellt, was uns ausgereicht hat. Zimmer 1 ist gemütlicher, hat eine Dusche mit Vorhang statt einer Wanne ohne Vorhang und ist trotz Schallschutzfenstern sehr laut. Selbst mit Ohropax war der Straßenlärm sehr deutlich zu hören. Das Frühstück, das im Zimmer serviert wurde, bestand aus lauwarmen Milchkaffee, Saft (auf Anfrage) und eingepackten Gebäck. Wir sind anschließend in die gegenüberliegende Bar gegangen, um wenigstens einen heißen Kaffee zu trinken. Beim Bad in Zimmer 1 paßte der Toilettendeckel nicht. Außerdem lief die Spülung meistens durch. Am Neujahrstag wurde nur das Bett gemacht, Zimme rund Bad waren nicht geputzt und wir hatten kein Toilettenpapier mehr. Der Inhaber spricht wenig englisch, sein Mitarbeiter fast gar nicht. So ist dieses B&B nicht für Leute zu empfehlen, die kein italienisch sprechen.
    After 2 night in the quiet room no. 6 the put us into no. 1, without asking us. Both rooms have AC but they don´t know how to use the one in no.6. In no. 6 they gave us a little radiator to heat the room. that was ok for us but not the noisy room no. 1. Room no.1 is a bit nicer and there is a shower instead of a full bath. The toilet seatcover in no. 1 was to small and the toilet flush kept on running most of the time. Breakfast was in the room, it was lukewarm coffee with milk, fruit juice (we asked for it) and pastries paked in wrapping paper. We used to drink a hot coffee in the coffee bar on the street. On the 1st of junuary the just did the bed but nobody cleaned the room and the bathroom. So they they didn´t notice that the toilet paper was finished. The landlord speaks little english his assistent hardly any english. We cannot recomment the place for people who don´t speak italian.

    non è stato possibile fare colazione, non esisteva una stanza per la colazione che era limitata ad una tazza di latte o un caffè da prendere nell'ingresso sullo stesso tavolo ove vengono accolti gli ospiti, senza che vi fosse alcuna apparecchiatura

    l'accoglienza , la disponibilità e la cortesia dei proprietari
    la mancata pulizia degli spazi comuni, delle camere,il mancato cambio biancheria e pulizia bagno. oltre al mancato funzionamento del condizionatore, l'assenza della TV in camera...
    La colazione.
    Peccato perchè il b&b è molto bello basterebbe avere un personale addetto alla pulizia, e al riordino ed eventualmente convenzionarsi con un bar limitrofo per la colazione.
