   The location is good, the host is very accomodating and interested in helping and assisting. The room we got is smaller than depicted on the website but spotlessly clean and containing everything we needed.

   Breakfast is standard - but slightly dull.

   La ubicación, el personal y sobre todo el desayuno personalizado a la habitación

   La espera para entrar en la habitación, ya que nos mandaron un correo preguntándonos la hora de llegada, y cuando llegamos no estaba limpia y hubo que esperar 1 hora

   Great Location, Staff was very helpful in making suggestions, resevations, and every morning delivered a lovely breakfast. Internet connection was excellent.

   Hot water ran out. Not a good thing when you are trying to start your day.

   location is great - could walk to the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain easily even at night. Very safe and I was a single traveler. Lots of places to eat nearby. I even walked to the Coliseum, and Roman Forum one day. For the Vatican I took the metro (so easy) which had a stop right outside the hotel. Also atm in the square outside the hotel. Very convenient as they only take cash for payment of the bill there. The room was quiet and clean and nicely appointed. The breakfast was very good and its nice to have it in the room. Joey the manager was very helpful and spoke enough English to help out with site seeing etc. He even arranged a pick up at the FCO airport for me that only cost 40 euros. Anytime I needed a cab he would arrange it and they were always on time and the prices were good. Having the internet wireless in the room was awesome because I brought my laptop. But if you don't have a laptop, there are lots of internet places you can use for about 4 euros for 15 - 30 mins time frames throughout Italy. Dont buy a map before you go because Joey will give you a really good map of Rome when you get there. Most hotels do that or you can pick up up at the tourist infos for free. I would definitely stay there again.

   The hotel doesnt have someone at the desk at all times if you have questions, but Joey will give you his cell so you can call him if needed. I was surprised that I could not use the hotel phone for local calls, but Joey did offer to make a call for me so I was happy enough with that. I didnt like having to pay cash for the balance, but lots of places in Italy seem to be like that.

   Well located, clean and good breakfast you choose, served in the room at the time you want between 8.00 am and 10.00am

   The AC is very noisy, I couldn't sleep. The decoration is not the nicest and the B&B isn't luminious..

   Escrevo em português para ajudar pessoas dessa língua. O Tolentino Suites é uma hospedagem perfeita pra quem não precisa de serviço de hotel e quer ficar num perfeito Cama e Café-da-manhã. Ótima localização, do metro e a pé das principais atrações de Roma. A recepção também muito correta, sempre estava no horario marcado e atendendo com a maior simpatia. Recomendo.

   La centralità. La disponibilità del personale.

   la colazione in camera non è all'altezza della struttura. Per la ridotta dimensione della camera non è possibile fare colazione in due persone sedute al tavolino di servizio.

   We had a fantastic time here at Tolentino Suites. The location was great and our host -Joey most gracious and helpful. The suite was quiet and relaxing after a big day exploring.

   Joey was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean. Maid service was good.

   The room we stayed in -"Victtoriano" suite was very small. The pictures made it look much larger than it really was. When we arrived, we were shocked at how small the room was. The description says the rooms are "spacious". Not by our standards. Also, the lighting in the room was very poor.

   the room was very clean, and well decorated, I was happy to have a window on the street that opened! the bathroom was new and clean. The bed and pillows very comfortable. the staff "Joey" was amazingly helpful and kind!

   the room was smaller than the photos showed, and since it's called "suites" I expected something bigger. It wasn't a porblem because I was alone, and I had plenty of room for storage, but no room to really do anything but be on the bed, since it was huge!

   We had the two larger rooms and they were lovely - spacious with nice decor. The bathrooms were large and clean. The location was excellent. Just as other travelers had said, the person running the B&B, Joey, was extremely helpful and considerate.

   The breakfast was disappointing, especially the prepackaged baked goods.

   uno charme molto particolare e accogliente, il nostro butler Joey, la posizione geografica eccezionale!

   la colazione potrebbe avere un po piu di scelta... specialmente il succo d'arancia viene cambiato...

   Location was great and Joey (the host) was very helpful and pleasant. Room was large and decorated nicley. The building was safe and clean.

   When we arrived the elevator did not work and did not work properly for most of our stay so this was a little inconvenient when we had our luggage.

   We were very pleased with the location and 'feel' of the B&B. It's very different from the normal inexpensive B&B that one would stay in. The children loved the breakfast that was rolled into our room at our designated time and I was thrilled to have a proper cappuccino! We had a large room with 15 ft ceilings and hardwood floors with a king bed and a single, through a doorway was another room with single bed. This was a bonus. I will recommend this B&B to all family and friends. Thanks for a great service allowing me to find this little gem.
