   The owners were very friendly and they made every effort to assist us in any way they could. The breakfast was kind of a 'self service' breakfast in our apartment and every evening we wold fine a very rich collection of fruits and other food in amounts that would be sufficient for 4 people, not 2. They are a pleasant couple, the kind that makes you feel at ease in conversations on any subject, personal or general.

   Although we used a GPS, it was somewhat difficult to zero-in on the exact location of the B&B but with help over the phone we finally found the place.

   l'accoglienza, la disponibilità del personale, la cura dei dettagli della struttura....un posto davvero fantastico

   niente di non gradito nel modo più assoluto!!!!

The comfortable and homely "Via Venezia 206" B&B, is located very close to Venice, easily reachable by public transports.

You can choose between a double room, with third bed on request, and private bathroom with bath; or our new suite with double bed, sitting room with sofa bed and private bathroom with shower.

All rooms are air conditioned and heated, with garden view and Wi-Fi connection.

Sweet and savory breakfast will be served in the breakfast room or in the garden, you can choose between various types of sweet pastries, coffee, milk, yogurt, juice cold, cuts and cheeses.

In the garden of the "Via Venezia 206" B&B you can relax in the pond's edge or in the orchards' shadow.

Nearby you'll find pubs and restaurants. We can arrange transfer service on request.
