The B&B was great. It is located in a quiet area near the Valle dei Templi. The room was nice, clean and very spacious. Breakfast was excellent. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. . I would stay there again.

LOCATION IS NICER THAN THE PHOTOS SUGGEST! Very friendly owner, speaks excellent english. We had some very nice conversations. Our room had more or less its own patio. The breakfast was really good, done with care and dedication. Spacious parking behind the gate.

The house itself is very nice and restored. The surrounding area is not so nice.

la camera è pulita, spaziosa e confortevole. ha il parcheggio interno alla struttura. il posto è tranquillo ed il proprietario è cordiale e simpatico.

il bagno è sprovvisto di asciugamani.

Un buon compromesso per visitare la valle dei templi soggiornando a San Leone. Il prezzo è basso ma il servizio è buono. Camere pulite e in ordine, buona colazione e il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile.

E' in una posizione abbastanza infelice in una zona di San Leone dove le case sono state costruite più o meno abusivamente e la zona intorno alla villa, pur essendo molto tranquilla, è abbastanza triste e squallida (l'unica villa in ordine è questa: Villa Amico!). Da Sconsigliare se volete fare una vacanza di mare, da Consigliare se quello che vi interessa è andare alla valle dei templi o in zone lontane da San Leone e vi interessa solo dormire sotto un tetto.

proprietaire accueillant. petit dejeuner abondant. chambre securitaire et bien entretenue,

chiens nombreux dans le quartier qui aboient souvent.

The B&B was great :)!!! Very good location, in quiet area but at the same time close to all amenities. The room was nice, clean and very spacious. Breakfast was very good as well. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. And what was very important to us he spoke very good English so it was easy to communicate. I would very highly recommend it to everyone.

la pulizia poco presente
