Bed & Breakfast Villa Luimas is a splendid villa in a 18.000sqm garden, with tall and suggestive trees, a pretty fountain, a little lake and surrounding perfect for relaxing walks.

Villa Luimas offers accommodation in double bedrooms served by en-suite bathrooms, and in a Suite composed of a bedroom, a living-room that can be converted in another bedroom, and a lobby equipped with wardrobes.

All rooms are well-furnished and provided with TV-set and speed Wi-Fi Internet connection.

Moreover, in every room there's a table where you could have your breakfast if you don't feel like going down to the first floor.

The independent entrance at B&B Villa Luimas allows guests to feel free to go in or out anytime they prefer.

We like abundant and organic breakfasts!

That's why we try to mix the variety of North European breakfasts with the typical Italian taste serving a high range of tasteful Italian sweet dishes, hot drinks and juices, and some salty food.
