great location, nice sea breeze lovely to have balcony, not that noisy at night

I didnt like that they dont provide washing up liquid if they expect you to wash the dishes! or a proper cloth to wash with. thought receptionists could have been more outgoing or advice us on things to do in VIareggio and surrounding areas.

non ce posto per parchegiare e i parchegi sono a pagamento e non ce aria condizionata nell appartamento

location near the boulevard, shops and beach.

we did not get 2 bathrooms with shower and/or bath which we booked buth 2 bathrooms with in 1 a shower and bath and the other only washtable. they did have appartments like we booked buth then we had to wait and pack all our staff again and go to another appartment. so it was not conform our booking. second we were allowed into the appartment at 16.00 pm, which is already very late considering after your your stay you must leave at 09.00 am, and they only got there at 17.00 pm. one time cleaning towels a week so you still have to take with you more towels from home. no coffeemaker, no waterboiler for tea, very primitive equipment.
